Kourtney's body is constantly changing and she loves herself no matter what. After a recent body shaming incident, which involved fans questioning if she was expecting her fourth child, she spat back with self-love. "I'm a woman with a BODY," she wrote. "This is me when I have a few extra pounds on, and I actually love it," she explained during a body shaming incident in 2020. "I have given birth three amazing times and this is the shape of my body."
Kourtney isn't shy about sharing when she is on diets, including keto and intermittent fasting. However, the majority of the times she relies on healthy eat, such as eating organic and minimizing gluten.
Like her sisters, Kourtney is a workout queen. In addition to the physical benefits, she appreciates the mental as well. "I think I take time for myself to work out every day, which I never did—especially having three young kids," she explained to E! News. "I just never made it a priority, and now it just makes me feel so much better—mentally and physically." Her workouts consist mostly of strength training in addition to jump roping, running, weights, stairmaster cardio, Pilates and floor exercises like leg kick-backs with a resistance band or kettlebell squats.
Kourtney regularly works out with her sisters, who keep her motivated. "I know for my body, I need four to five days a week of working out. Khloe and I really push each other to do that," she told E! about her favorite workout buddy.
"Every morning, when I wake up, I take collagen supplements on an empty stomach," she wrote in one of her recent blog posts.
