Breakfast

She begins her day with a glass of lemon water as it contains several vital nutrients and alkalizes her gut.

If she needs a boost, she has a glass of matcha with goat milk. Otherwise, she steers clear of coffee. In breakfast, she likes to have oatmeal because it fills her up with energy to get through her busy mornings. Her oatmeal consists of Quaker Old Fashioned Quick Oats, organic honey, organic butter, almonds, strawberries, and some stevia for sweetness.

Lunch

She also advises moms to stay away from the bad habit of dressing like the kids do by wearing shorts or mini skirts because it might make them feel you are competing with them.
